Meet Bryony Cole – Expert Dog Trainer & Mondioring Competitor
I am a dedicated dog trainer based in Somerset, specializing in Belgian Malinois. As the owner of Eye2Eye Dogs, I lead a premier training company offering both pet and working dog services, supported by state-of-the-art facilities in Clevedon.
In addition to Eye2Eye Dogs, I co-own Valkyrie K9 LTD, a company focused on supplying green and part-trained dogs to the police, with a strong emphasis on selecting only the highest-quality dogs for operational use. We ensure these dogs meet the stringent requirements of law enforcement and other specialized tasks.
I also provide tailored training for police forces and operational working dog handlers, helping to develop and refine skills for high-performance working dogs in real-world scenarios.
I’m proud to be the first female British handler to ever achieve the Mondioring 1 title and continue to compete internationally in the sport of Mondioring. My competitive experience, combined with my practical training expertise, drives my commitment to excellence in every aspect of dog training.

Meet Sarah Treweek – Our Expert Behaviourist
Sarah Treweek is our resident dog behaviourist, bringing a wealth of experience to Eye2Eye Dogs. With a remarkable 30-year career serving in Avon and Somerset Police, Sarah transitioned to dog training with a deep passion for helping dogs and their owners.
Sarah holds a BSc (Hons) and is currently pursuing an additional degree in Canine Behaviour to further enhance her expertise.
With a keen focus on addressing behavioural challenges, Sarah excels in helping dogs with reactivity, separation anxiety, and other complex issues. Her training methods are rooted in patience, understanding, and proven techniques that bring long-lasting results.
One of Sarah’s greatest success stories is her own dog, Maddie. Once a highly reactive and aggressive dog, Maddie has transformed through Sarah’s expert training into a calm, non-reactive companion—now a true model of canine behaviour.
